I'm not worried about having a "heavy clutch" or something super streetable, I have 3 cq's, a 4kq, and a b8.5 a4 so I'm constantly changing between cars. Car is on coils, rear sway bar, adjustable upper control arms all the way around, rear adjustable sway bar end links and rear tie rods, spherical front sway links, 17z up front, 4 pot rears, aluminum uprights, and I'm sure I'm forgetting things. I occasionally take the s4 out to track days but mostly drive canyons and high speed pulls. I drive like I stole the car pretty much everyday. I will be running full rs4 intake including manifold, 2.8 cams, rods, and all necessary supporting modifications. I will be tuning for 91 most of the time but will be running an e85 tune in the summer. I have k04-028/029's sitting here but I'm much more interested in either 6258's or tte 600's. Personally, I am using an RS4 clutch in conjunction with a Tanoga LWFW and I do not have any negative comments to report other than the chatter. There are probably other benefits from the use of LWFWs but these are the main ones off the top of my head. They are beneficial to use as they are cheaper to purchase than the DMFWs, they also handle torque better, are lighter which will help the engine revs rise and fall quicker, they are more durable and I believe they can also be reusable. You can learn to drive around it by keeping the RPMs above the 2k mark in the lower gears. If like me you hate noises it can sound quite bad as if something is broken but it is perfectly normal for them to make a bit of noise. Chatter is very common with vehicles that have LWFWs, as my buddy said above it only occurs at low speed/revs usually in gears 1-3.
